| Know someone that you think is an example of Good Sportsmanship? Then why not check out our page for the Chatas King Billy annual award and submit your nomination for the 2009 Banquet? The award is given to a person who has participated in at least one HRC show and is a HRC member in good standing who has also shown Good Sportsmanship both in an out of the show ring and a kindness to and love for horses. |

| The HRC Bylaws have been revised once again - They can be viewed here with changes. 2008 Amended Bylaws Please follow the instructions at the end of the Bylaws for any questions, comments, concerns or complaints. Also, we have added the Parade Rules and Regulations to our Parade Page and have updated our Trail Rules and Regulations. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the new and/or revised rules! |
| So So much to say and so little space! First off, check out the Supreme Invitational page to find out who won what! What a great day. Beautiful weather and wonderful prizes! Then shoot on over to our 2009 Event Schedule. We've already got our show dates set and the majority of our judges booked. 2009 is shaping up to be even greater than 2008! Eighth Generation has agreed to another year as HRC's show photographers. Our next parade is Saturday November 29, 2008, Middleboro Christmas Parade. Please see the parade page for more info on that parade and other upcoming parades! Our annual Christmas Party is to be held on Sunday December 7th at the Halifax Country Club starting at 1pm. This is also an Open Meeting for HRC and voting for any open positions for the HRC Board takes place then. This year there is one open board position, for a One Year Board Member and two Alternate Board Member positions. If you are interested in running for a position and being on the ballot, more information will be forthcoming in your November newsletter. Chatas King Billy Nominations for 2008 are closed. HRC Scholarship Applications are still being accepted untl December 1, 2008. |
